Anne Nelson, MBA

Expertise: organizational development and sustainability, graphic facilitation, marketing, training

Anne has over 9 years experience as a sales consultant. In her position with a $120 million company, she oversaw the creation and execution of a customer-focused business plan that identified growth opportunities and allocated expense budget and resources resulting in sales doubling (over $3M) in territories in Wisconsin and Idaho.

She is the author of BreakThrough Management™, a specialized management program developed with UC-Davis Veterinary Research and Dairy Food Safety Center. This program incorporates process improvement and redesign, and in conjunction with employee training, effectively reduces costs and increases efficiency in plant operations.

Anne has assisted in presenting non-degree professional development seminars related to leadership and quality performance. A whole-systems strategist and certified Graphic Recorder, she uses her artistic skills to create maps during facilitated planning sessions. These maps serve as visual reminders of plans, agreements and visions. Anne has an energetic and enthusiastic presence working with groups.

Ms. Nelson also has experience as an entrepreneur, operating her first business while completing her undergraduate degree. She has a BS in Marketing and an MBA in Sustainable Business.
